Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of travel logistics. The role involves collaborating with clients to plan and book their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting suitable travel packages and destinations based on their preferences and budget.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure bookings and reservations.
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients regarding travel itineraries, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or similar role in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and online reservation systems.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
