Interior Designer

Job Summary:

Usha Builders is looking for a creative and detail-oriented interior designer who can design functional, modern, and aesthetically appealing residential interiors. The candidate should have strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, modular furniture concepts, and client coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create innovative interior design concepts for residential projects
• Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D design presentations
• Develop modular kitchen, wardrobe, false ceiling, and furniture designs
• Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and execution teams
• Visit project sites for measurements and design supervision
• Select materials, finishes, lighting, colors, and décor elements
• Understand client requirements and provide customized design solutions
• Ensure designs follow functionality, aesthetics, and budget requirements
• Prepare BOQ and material specifications when required
• Maintain project timelines and design quality standards

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software
• Good understanding of residential interior execution
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of modern interior trends and materials
• Space planning and detailing knowledge

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field

2+ Years Preferred

Usha Builders is seeking an experienced Structural Designer who can prepare safe, accurate, and efficient structural designs for residential construction projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of RCC structures, load calculations, and construction standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural drawings for residential building projects • Design foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and staircases • Perform structural analysis and load calculations • Ensure designs comply with safety standards and building regulations • Coordinate with architects and site engineers during project execution • Review construction drawings and provide technical support at site • Optimize structural designs for strength, stability, and cost efficiency • Conduct site inspections when required • Ensure proper reinforcement detailing and structural quality • Support project teams in resolving structural-related issues

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or related structural software • Strong understanding of RCC and structural engineering concepts • Knowledge of construction methods and site coordination • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prepare detailed structural drawings and reports

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

Experience:

2+ Years Preferred
