Full-Time Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience delivering exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels. As a CSR, you will be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and helping to maintain strong relationships with our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve complaints, process returns/refunds, and escalate issues as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software

  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction

  • Provide product and service information, including troubleshooting common issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Identify and report patterns in customer feedback to help improve products and services

  • Meet or exceed performance KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores


Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot)

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Multilingual or bilingual skills

  • Experience with e-commerce or SaaS platforms

  • Familiarity with basic data analysis or customer feedback tools
